Because of these blog posts, slow burn and Oh, my beating heart, from Lolly Knitting Around I did some research at Polar USA and made an ebay purchase.  I now have a Polar F55, you can see some of the features on the right side, things like Polar Body Workout, Polar Fitness Test, Polar OwnCal and more.

This watch has shown me that my output in the past has been minimal.  My workouts now are soooo much harder but much more benificial.  My goal right now is to do a minimal of 15 minutes of cardio for 6 days a week, but at a 70-80% output.  Once I do this for a while I will step up the minutes.  Before I would just focus on minutes, now I am focusing on output while stepping up the minutes.

The watch is motivational, I want to see progress and I like to challenge myself.  I just have to remember not to be to hard on myself.
